Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand and dropshipping partners, our return and refund process follows specific guidelines outlined below.

Order Processing

All products are made to order or shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. This means each item is produced or sourced specifically for you once your order is placed.


Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product received does not match the order specifications

In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will coordinate with our fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of print-on-demand and supplier-based fulfillment, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to size charts before purchasing)
  • Minor variations in color or design
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be issued at no additional cost, or
  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited window (typically within a few hours of placing the order) before production or fulfillment begins. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.


Responsibility & Fulfillment

All products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party providers. While we act as the point of contact for support, production, quality control, and shipping are handled by these partners.

We work closely with our providers to ensure quality standards, but fulfillment-related issues are subject to their policies and resolution processes.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
  • Customs delays (for international orders)

If you experience a shipping issue, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or supplier when applicable.
